RC-X™ Kit

RC-X™ uses proprietary rolling circle amplification (RCA) enzymology to produce microgram-scale quantities of plasmid DNA entirely in vitro. Skip bacterial transformation, overnight cultures, and miniprep columns. Simply add your assembled or sequence-verified template, incubate for 2–6 hours, and recover >10 µg of high-purity, low-endotoxin DNA ready for downstream applications including IVT, transfection, and sequencing.
