 Ordering & Accounts

No — you can check out as a guest or create a Shopify account. With an account, you’ll be able to track orders, view history, and reorder faster.

Click “Login” in the header and select “Create Account.” Once registered, you can manage your profile, track orders, and view past purchases.

Yes — if you have a registered account, you can log in and reorder directly from your order history.

Purchase Orders (POs)

Yes. Enter your PO Number at checkout and select “Pay by Purchase Order (Net 30)” as the payment option.

  • Guests: You may submit a PO at checkout. If your organization is not pre-approved, you’ll receive an email prompting you to complete a short PO registration form.
  • Registered Customers: Once approved and tagged in our system, future PO orders will process automatically.

If approved, your order will proceed normally. If not, you’ll receive an email explaining that your PO is under review.

Our standard terms are Net 30 unless otherwise arranged.

  • Major credit and debit cards
  • Shopify Pay and other accelerated checkouts
  • Purchase Orders (Net 30) for approved customers

Shipping & Delivery

All reagents ship on dry ice to maintain stability. We use trusted carriers such as FedEx and UPS.

  • Orders placed before [cut-off time] typically ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after [cut-off] ship the next business day.

Products & Technical Information

Our products are built in partnership with the inventor of Gibson Assembly, using optimized formulations designed with scientists, for scientists.

Each product includes downloadable protocols and specifications. If you need additional documentation, email info@racerbio.com

Reagents should be stored at -20°C unless otherwise specified on the product datasheet.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Registered customers can also track orders by logging into their account.
All reagents are validated to maintain activity through dry ice shipping conditions.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of reagents, we cannot accept returns once products leave our facility.
